Job Description

 

  • Manage eCommerce logistics in stores and delivery in order to develop strategies to improve the speed of orders and service quality and to reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain periodic reports and KPIs
  • Play a critical role in P&L reviews and strategic planning/forecasting
  • Huge emphasis on increasing picking efficiency to increase the operating margin for all e-commerce orders
  • Negotiate prices with service providers for warehouse operations and deliveries
  • May have managerial responsibility with one or more team members reporting into the role

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in e-Commerce logistics
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing/Business Admin)
  • Strong proficiency in-store and warehouse operations. Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management
  • Relevant/related work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills, strong relation-building skills)
  • Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
  • Solid leadership skills.
  • A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
  • Well organized and good follow up skills
  • Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance
  • Able to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers
  • Business travels may be required across KSA.
  • Calm and confident, always maintain a friendly disposition even (and especially) under pressure
